Great helpful and attentive staff. Very large rooms. The bed was very large and comfortable with a variety of pillows. Plenty of good vegan options for breakfast including lots of hot food which was different every day. The room looked out over the courtyard and swimming pool.

The hotel lobby was a tranquil and inviting space that felt just like home. The warm and cozy atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of travel. The comfortable seating areas were arranged in a way that encouraged conversation and socialization, while the soft lighting and tasteful decor created a sense of calm and tranquility. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and always went out of their way to make sure guests felt at home. Overall, the hotel lobby was a wonderful place to spend time, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and home-like atmosphere.

The hotel is great. It has many seating areas, a cozy cafe in the lobby, a pleasant garden outside. The breakfast in the restaurant is excellent, a wide range of local and also international food. The employees are very friendly and always willing to help. We needed information about opening hours of one museum, and they has checked for us. They let us did the late check out, and we could still wait few hours in the hotel after that. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable. There is a kettle, tea, coffee and water. Location is in the midle of the point where is the Masmak fortress and the square, and the other side where in Skybridge tower and other buildings. You would always need Uber, taxi if your not here with your own car.

Above expectation. It was my business trip. (Superb Time Management) The reception it was Mr. Mohamed Iqbal upon my arrival (we were 3 guests ) was very keen and smart did arrange all needs prior as i mentioned in booking comments. Which saved lot of our time. ( Excellent Hospitality) Mr. Mohamed Iqbal has excellent Hospitality Skills which represents Ramada Standards and had an impact on our stay as well encouraged us to choose Ramada in our next stay. (Cleanliness and Room readiness) Room has all required needs arranged systematically and room service has accountable behaviour. Appreciating with thanks to all those involved in this firm I prefer to stay soon back in my next trip as well recommend any one either on business or Leisure to Value the Price and get more out of what you pay.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, our room was not ready when we reach but they make it ready sharply of the time of check-in. The Room was very clean, however the hotel is old (the bulding) but they really keep it in good condition. We didn't face any issue with the parking. But overall the parking area is small. We got a water leak but they immediately came to fix the issue.

The place was nice and clean. With comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was as per what you would expect it met expectations which is a good thing. Value for money with the deal I got so I won't vouch for price as everyone to their own. Staff were pleasant

Far better than ramada encore in doha the staff there is so robotic knows nothing about the guest experience But the staff here in riyadh is well trained as this is my KSA travel after 6 years i was happy and surprised by the lady at the reception she is well informed and knows what hospitality is The HK staff is polite and supportive will sure put the hotel in my top priority list for next visit
